Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us.

Effective date: July 10, 2026

01 Introduction

Sportloges respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you when using the Sportloges mobile application, website, and related services.

By using Sportloges, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

02 Information You Provide

When you create or use a Sportloges account, you may provide information such as your username, email address, profile photograph, country, sports interests, selected categories, biography, and other profile information.

You may also provide captions, comments, replies, reports, page information, Arena selections, and other content or communications submitted through the service.

03 Photos, Videos and User Content

Sportloges allows users to upload and share photographs, videos, thumbnails, captions, comments, profile images, and other user-generated content.

Content you choose to publish may be visible to other Sportloges users depending on the feature, page, Arena, account relationship, and privacy settings available within the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and share your content and that it does not violate the rights, privacy, or safety of another person.

04 Account and Authentication Data

Sportloges uses Firebase Authentication to support account access and authentication. Depending on the login method you choose, authentication data may include your email address, account identifier, authentication provider, and basic profile information supplied by that provider.

When Google Sign-In is used, Google processes the sign-in request according to its own terms and privacy policy. Sportloges receives only the information made available through the approved sign-in process.

05 Activity and Interaction Data

We may process information about how you interact with Sportloges, including follows, page activity, views, searches, comments, replies, Goals, Red Cards, reports, blocked users, content selections, and other actions performed within the service.

This information helps us operate social features, show relevant content, maintain user statistics, improve the service, and protect the Sportloges community.

06 Technical and Device Information

When you use Sportloges, limited technical information may be generated or processed, such as device type, operating system, application version, network information, error information, security events, timestamps, and technical identifiers required to operate and protect the service.

We use this information to troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, and improve performance.

07 How We Use Information

We use information to create and maintain accounts, provide Sportloges features, display user content, process uploads, support Pages and Arenas, personalize relevant experiences, operate community interactions, and respond to support requests.

We may also use information to detect spam, fraud, misuse, security threats, prohibited content, and violations of our Terms or Community Guidelines.

We do not sell your personal information.

08 Firebase and Service Providers

Sportloges uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, and Firebase Hosting, to provide account access, data storage, media storage, and website delivery.

These service providers may process information on our behalf under their applicable terms, privacy commitments, and security measures.

We may use additional service providers in the future for hosting, security, communications, payments, analytics, or support. This Privacy Policy will be updated when material changes are introduced.

09 Reports, Moderation and Community Safety

Users may report posts, accounts, comments, spam, or other activity. Reports may include the reported content, relevant account identifiers, reporter information, timestamps, and the selected report reason.

Authorized moderators may review this information to investigate possible violations, protect users, enforce our rules, restrict accounts, or remove content where appropriate.

Blocking another user may limit interactions or visibility between accounts, but it does not automatically remove information required for security, legal, or moderation purposes.

10 When Information May Be Shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Sportloges, when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to investigate security incidents, to protect the rights and safety of users, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets.

Publicly shared content may be viewed, copied, captured, or redistributed by other users. You should avoid posting personal or sensitive information that you do not want others to see.

11 International Data Processing

Sportloges is designed for an international community. Information may therefore be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live.

Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for international data processing and transfers.

12 Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Sportloges, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the community.

Retention periods may vary according to the type of data, the reason it was collected, account status, moderation needs, legal requirements, and security considerations.

13 Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent.

Certain information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, or record-keeping purposes.

To submit a privacy request, contact: privacy@sportloges.com

14 Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Sportloges account and associated personal information through available account controls or by contacting us.

A deletion request may require identity verification. Content may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, legal records, moderation records, or systems where immediate deletion is not technically possible.

Account deletion requests may be sent to: support@sportloges.com

15 Children’s Privacy

Sportloges is not intended for children who are below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country without appropriate parental or guardian authorization.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable law, contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

16 Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, using secure devices, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

17 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Sportloges changes, when new features are introduced, or when legal and regulatory requirements change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, additional notice may be provided within the application or through another appropriate method.
