These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and Sportloges regarding your access to and use of the Sportloges mobile application, website, features, content, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Sportloges, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and any additional terms that apply to specific features.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Sportloges.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services without parental consent.

Where local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age will apply.

If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use Sportloges only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.

You may not impersonate another person, club, athlete, brand or organization.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including photographs, videos, captions, comments and profile information.

By publishing content on Sportloges, you grant us the limited rights required to host, display and operate the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any law or the rights of others.

Sportloges is built on respect, fair play and community safety.

Users must not publish illegal, abusive, hateful, violent, fraudulent or harmful content.

You may not interfere with, damage, disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Sportloges, its systems, accounts, or data.

You may not distribute malware, phishing links, scams, spam, deceptive promotions, or use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or bulk-access methods without our written permission.

You may not artificially manipulate followers, views, Goals, Red Cards, rankings, recommendations, or other engagement signals.

You may not evade account restrictions, suspensions, blocks, or other enforcement measures.

The Sportloges service, including its software, visual design, branding, logos, trademarks, databases, original content, and functionality, is owned by or licensed to Sportloges.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, sell, license, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without prior written permission.

Sportloges respects intellectual property rights. Rights holders may submit a copyright complaint identifying the protected work, the allegedly infringing content, its location, and their contact details.

A complaint should also include a good-faith statement and confirmation that the person submitting the notice is authorized to act for the rights holder.

We may remove or restrict content and may suspend repeat infringers where appropriate.

Sportloges may offer paid advertising, promoted content, subscriptions, or other commercial features.

Prices, taxes, billing periods, renewal conditions, and refund rules will be shown before purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or app stores and may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Sportloges collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information.

It also describes rights that may apply under relevant privacy and data protection laws.

By using Sportloges, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Sportloges may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, payment providers, app stores, websites, clubs, brands, or external content.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, security, content, or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

We may review, label, reduce visibility, restrict, preserve, or remove content where reasonably necessary.

We may also warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, respond to rights claims, or preserve the integrity of Sportloges.

Moderation may involve automated systems and human review. Where required by applicable law, eligible users may receive reasons for a decision and an opportunity to appeal.

You may stop using Sportloges at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls or by contacting support.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create legal or safety risk, misuse the service, or if continued access is no longer technically or commercially feasible.

Provisions that should continue after termination will remain effective, including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that Sportloges will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

Where required by law, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that significantly and negatively affect users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sportloges is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Sportloges is a social platform and is not an official source for scores, medical advice, professional coaching, betting advice, emergency information, or event access.

User content may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or opinion-based.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sportloges and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service.

Our total liability for claims arising from or relating to Sportloges will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating Sportloges, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting formal proceedings, you and Sportloges agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party.

Consumers retain all mandatory protections and court rights available under the laws of their country of residence.

The final operating company, registered office, governing law, and competent forum will be inserted after the company structure is formally established.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Sportloges, applicable law, safety requirements, or business practices.

The effective date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect.

Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice as required by law.

Continued use after the effective date means that you accept the updated Terms.
